I want to punch something right now.
so about a week ago I purchased tickets to John & Hank Green’s Tour de Nerdfighting event in Redwood City on the 27th.
I bought them online through the bookstore’s website, recieved the confirmation email, all seemed good to go.
But then a few days later, I double checked my order, and according to the website, it’s nonexistent. The money deduction has also disappeared from my bank statement.
WHAT THE FUCK.
I called the bookstore, they told me to email two different people. so I emailed frantically. It has now been TWO days with no reply. And even worse, the event is now sold out so I can’t even repurchase. I seriously want to cry.
I would trade in my Coachella tickets for tickets just to go see John and Hank.
DOES ANYONE ANYWHERE HAVE AN EXTRA TICKET THEY ARE SELLING???
